Quite interesting. You were very specific as to dates and places. I don't think I could remember that much detail. You're to be congratulated for working all those years instead of going for the Disability earlier. Good for you for winning promotions. Great work. I'm glad others wrote about their careers. judi

You have had quite a diverse and an interesting career. Just reading your resume (so to speak), it seems as if you have taken pride in the jobs you've worked.
You actually began working at 16 years old. That's an accomplishment in itself.
Also, I read your profile, you have another major accomplishment -- married to the same woman for 30 years. Congratulations!
Thank you for sharing.

Thanks new friend. My sister on our 20th Anniversary sent us a card congratulating us for being still married to each other for longer than anyone else in our family...haha. Coming up 30 years now in March.

Wow, you've had a very exciting life, my friend!! It's nice that you've shared your experiences with us. It's a great way to sum up your greatest achievements! Good idea of Mastery to get us to talk about our lives.
Take care,
Rhonda

My deepest respect for never giving into what some people call disabilities. I call them opportunities. You proved my point by working 30 years productively. Only a fool would not grant you the opportunity to now rest. Well done my friend, Blessings to you and the wife.

Wow very nicely done. I am proud that you did not use the system for disability. I too could but I cant just sit and do nothing. Loved the music teacher but didn't you do that all your life, too?

Exactly, Barb, as you have read elsewhere my dad left us when I was young but he was clever and resourceful and maybe I inherited some of that. I think I wold have gone nuts on Disability all my life. But they could have helped me with some things even so all those years.

Sankey,
A most illustrious career! Seems like a great deal of your time was spent in the music field, eh? A wonderful profession for a talented person! Thanks for sharing!
