LOL - #1 - errrr...ummmm...in my case, maybe I don't wanna know...LOL. Sandra, I had to laugh at your 'bigger than a biscuit' spongecake too. As I type this review, I am eating the banana cake I am boasting about (but I hear sponge cake is tricky). LOL.

I've given up on sponges, they really are hard to make, at least, I find them hard. My mum and mum-in-law could whip one up easily and they would rise like a sky-scraper! So embarrassing. Still, I managed it once! Banana cake? I have never tried one of those, and I love bananas, I'll look for the recipe on line, unless you have a better one????? Yes, that was a hint. LOL. LOL! I didn't think that could be interpreted another way, lol, I wouldn't go to a nudist camp if I was paid to! (depending on how much, of course! lol) Yes, sponges are my biggest cooking disasters.
