a wonderful image, a sea of golden yellow. Ripe barley is beautiful, "beacon in the darkness" all that golden colour would rival the sun any day.
Beautiful haiku, wonderful graphic to go with it.

Nice job on this, Gypsy. I like your presentation very much, and your Haiku itself is stunning. It paints a vivid picture of sunlight beaming through clouds on a field of barley - and the way a scene like that can sometimes just stop us in our tracks.
I'm glad you're doing this challenge, I think we will all learn a lot!
