This is quite a powerful piece. So often we can hold back for various reasons and sometimes even think that we are doing the best for others by not speaking.
Sometimes may be think that we are not allowed to speak or that what we have to say is invalid. Sometimes we have learnt not to speak.
Silence is a powerful tool and can also be manipulative.
Very thought provoking.
