Glad you got to enjoy the show too. Those who haven't had the pleasure don't know what they're missing!
Thanks for the kind words and good wishes. Craig.

Haha! They asked people to keep it clean, and you sure made sure to be as innocent as possible! ;) After all, if the reader has a dirty mind that has nothing to do with you - there's absolutely no ambiguity in the closing line ;)!
I don't know the show - I barely watch TV but I found this peace entertaining anyways! Good luck at the contest!

Thanks, Lightink, for the lovely review. The show is marvelous, it features a bunch of totally whacky but lovable characters, not the least of whom is Mrs Slocombe, who is about the age she should be retiring and has a wonderful blue rinse. Her role in the show is basically to spend most of her time making extremely inappropriate remarks about her pet cat ;-)
Thanks for your good wishes,
Craig.

Yes, we LOVED this programme, and never missed an episode. Mr. Humphreys was a jewel. Mr Lucas a (would be ) ladies' man. Do you remember the night Mr Lucas was dressed as Little Boy Blue in a very short tunic and was embarrassed because it showed his undies. Mr Humphries ,dressed as a Principal Boy in a Pantomime, tries to reassure him , but somehow after flashing his Y fronts and then hiding behind a cloak, Mr Humphreys says to Mr Lucas, "You've done this before, haven't you?"
Thanks for this happy moment of reminisce. As Mr Grace would say "You've done very well"
cheers Cass
