Young Adult Fantasy. The Piper, part 5.' This is a great story you have penned here and I liked the robust dialogue and the strait narrative. To me this story has a lot of potential. Very well done.

Hi,
So glad to see another chapter in this intriguing story. Well written and the fae shadowing Piper still. I hope this come by more regularly again. I am looking forward to developments.
Very good descriptions throughout the chapter.
"Braun, Braun, will you sing a song?" - I think you need double speech marks here as this just closes the quote not Braun's speech.

Hi G. Thank you for catching the double speech marks. I appreciate the encouraging comments about the story and the writing. We are slowing down at work so I am hoping all the overtime is behind us and I can get back to writing and posting more often.

I like where you are taking me as a reader[[I love intrigue. I'm not a huge fan of medieval stories of the Fae. But I do love anything that is well crafted, and this is just that. You have set the scene well, I can clearly see it in my mind. There was just enough information to let me, the new reader to follow along seamlessly, this can be attributed to your excellent economy of words. In this short tale, I know Piper's grandfather is dead. The grandfather was important to the plot. Braun wants something from the grandfather and wants Piper to get it for him. And that the Fae have interest in the same thing...
Good job

Hi JT. Thank you for the kind comments about the writing. I appreciate the encouragement, especially since it is not your chosen genre to read. "Well crafted" has made my day. Thank you!

I found this to be very entertaining. I have worked with a lot of musicians and attended many musical events, so I could clearly visualize the setting and feel the anticipation of the crowd You also had descriptions that appealed to several senses, and that really contributed to heightening the experience. I did see 2 small spelling errors, but otherwise, I think you did a great job!
The audience settle back - settled
Say, I don't know were all the guild masters - where
