This is a winner. Your picture and your poem with the change of colors says it all. Very well done. Your adjective choices are great for both directions. I just can't see anyway that this could be made better. Excellent. I'm pleased that I can relate to the top picture and can enjoy paradise.
Thank you for sharing.

I thought this was a really cool poem. The style or prompt seemed to be crafted just for you. Keep up the good work. Also, I liked the visual appeal of the poem: the color scheme of the text and the coupled image.

A good choice of words. Love how you've used the colours to spit the wording to match the picture. This is a nice form and you've done well with it. Best wishes for the contest.
Bless you

Good use of descriptive words which convey the antithesis of the other set. Well presented poem which shows the path the glories of heaven. Good luck in the contest. faye

Good choice of words. Pictures flash through my mind as I read them. The artwork is very appropriate as well.
When I read the word 'infernal' my brain, stubbornly, wanted to read 'eternal.' I guess that is because I like to stress that existence is eternal in hell as well. It's a personal hiccup - your choice is most appropriate.
I commend you for the author's notes section. Kept shouting, "Amen, Brother!" as I wrote it.
Enjoyed this a lot.

Relda,
Thanks so much for your review and very kind comments. I guess when I think of "eternal", I think of eternal or everlasting life with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. You gave me a great review, but besides the lack of me not using the work eternal to describe hell is there anything else needed in order to improve this poem to receive a five star rating. Thanks so much for your input and WELCOME to Fanstory.......................Blessings........................Portia

I agree with your comment 'everyone's a preacher.' I taught Sunday School for 25 years. I was teaching 3 through 5-year-olds, so my preaching is usually pretty basic!

I had to go and Google a Diamante as I had a memory lapse. But, Portia, you nailed this one. As Deuteronomy says, "I give you life or death. Choose." The art work is so intriguing and the way you arranged the two choices is equally artful. Good luck in the contest. If we can vote I will be there. -Bill
