A perfect format for a minute poem. Great rhyme and cadence with a powerful message of bonded love. What love can be more endless than maternal love?

I love the picture with the poem. Is it deliberate that the font size is getting small towards the end? Love the direction your poem takes, not towards romantic love, but to motherly love.A lovely, gentle poem. :)

You have both 'bold' and 'normal' print on my screen, Mary.
Excellent imaginative rhymes.
I find this form very difficult to maintain a flow with the 'abrupt' 4-syllable lines, so tend to stay away from it.
Excellent theme about the most important and loving/loved figure in most of our lives.
I still think of with great love, and miss, my perfect mother, EVERY day - 22 years after she passed away.

I just do not know how it happened, I hate the new site, I get claustrophobic the space for editing my work is much smaller. Now having said that it was my own fault for not checking it properly. Thanks for your review it is much appreciated as always. Mary

Our security as a child comes from our mothers, that's for sure. Gentle poem with captures the essence of a mother well. Good use of rhyming and imagery. One thing, Mary, verse 3, should read 'cause....... Good luck in the contest. Faye
