Such warm beautiful imagery that makes me want to go lay out on the beach. I teach school and next week summer break is over for us. I should probably keep this poem around so that I can look at it from time to time over the winter! Great job,

I enjoyed your lovely poem about summer, summertime is not my favorite season. I just returned home from Florida on vacation, it was nice, surprisingly it was as hot as I thought it would be. Times goes by so fast. Thanks for sharing. Blessings................Portia

-I enjoyed reading your lyrics and that had a very good hook in the writing. A good hook means or some line or sound that is repetitive and helps remember the song or lyrics.

Hi Ine,

I hope you get the sunshine you're wishing for. It like it if it's not too hot. I haven't been to a beach for years. We haven't had much sunny weather here in MN. It's been raining a lot with thunder and lightning in quite a few towns not very far from us that have been having terrible and destructive weather.

Sunning on the beach with a cold beer in each hand is one way to pass the time of day. In Arizona, we have the sand, but lack beach front property. This is very well written.
