Allow only positive thoughts,
untie the knots.
Decide to choose,
you cannot loose.
Excellent advice that I love
Thanks for it
God bless

I like the way you think. The power of positive thinking is a powerful thing "to be sure to be sure". This is my wife's mantra.

Much to the chagrin of our children, it is positive thinking.

My wife is Lebanese/Cuban and is still a little perplexed by "to be sure to be sure."

The minute poem has stringent rules which are all addressed in this descriptive poem. Each stanza adheres to the 8-4-4-4 rule while still providing its own pattern, that of setting a goal on the first line and meeting that goal by action in each of the following lines for example the goal of the first stanza is "To transform to a whole new state" and the action is seen in the following lines. So we see there are three goals and three sets of actions to accomplish them. This is what I see in the poem. "Don't be afraid" is advice for reaching a more acceptable state of being by achieving each of the actions outlined in the poem. I found this to be a very instructive poem that maintains a calm beauty that makes it ascetically appealing. I gave it five stars.
