That looks like a ring box. But I loved that bright red next to the black background. Really good haiku for the contest. Loved the very simple writing that had a lot to express.

Talk about double meanings that are cleverly stated in the confines of the restraints of this prompt; most impressive. Nature, whether it be spider or man, males are susceptible to certain charms of the female of either species. Good luck in your contest.

Whoa!!!!! This one is a teensy bit intense for me in such few words. Men are 'visual' and many women know that. This piece to myself is a highly astute woman in those arts.

Spiders can have that chilling effect. Great effects with the drawing and presentation. Excellent use of alliteration with wet web. It's a deadly enterprise, but I guess the males just won't learn. That female is dressed to kill, just like that gal in "Black Widow." She managed to kill off several millionaires who fell into her web. Great luck in the contest. judi

In a Haiku, we cannot connect up platitudes. They have lost their luminosity. I suppose we are talking about a man and a woman, relating in the usual, bland way until their souls meet lightly. And foolishly I am befuddled by the wet web of deception. No matter.
