This is a very cheeky piece although I always suspected it was the dentist. Thank goodness he was being professional as those dentists have a reputation for hard drilling.
You paced this pefrectly, held the reveal till the final sentence as you set booby traps for those of dirty minds to spring.

Wow. What a well deserved win. I cringed because I thought the woman was being raped or was trying out dildos and then you surprised me at the end by revealing that a dentist is cleaning her teeth. Hilarious. All these actions describe my dentist as she prepares my mouth for two shots of novacaine. She holds the first in for minutes it seems. The only fault I find is that your reference to a cleaning which never involves a prick to my knowledge. Love the sexual innuendo.

Very clever story and very suggestive. I have heard other dentist stories with a sexual innuendo but yours is very original. The most powerful word you have is "penetrating". It sets the tone of your story.....gets your mind in the gutter. :) Great job.
