What an original picture? I guess you could also say "Take your time, avoid the rat race"....something like that. I give you five for originality and creativity.

Your poem meets the required guidelines. The picture adds to the words to make more sense. The b/g works very well to bring home the point.

Someone slipped this tortoise some coke. That's a cruel thing to do. Sure, it'll move very fast - maybe 200 miles-per-hour, but once it slows down...it's gonna go ker-PLOP!! And that won't be very funny. Whoever did this horrible thing ought to volunteer at a pet shop, paying special care to the tortoises.
Great poem, but sad. I hope the tortoise is in recovery.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback... I'm certain the photo has been tampered with - camera trickery or something.... I hope so anyway - because that's one helluva massive tortoise (unless it's an elf riding it's back!)
