My partner is a Sudoku fanatic, and your explanation of the sedoka form of poetry has been just what I needed to get the pen scribbling again. Thank you so much. The game Sudoku is not my style, as figures and I have never been friends, so now I have something to keep me occupied, too. The sentiment of your poem has struck with me, too. Only at my age, I'd have to read the fuzzy place as between "old age and heaven" - that's where my important people are. Thanks again.

Hi Mary, thank you so much for your lovely feedback and also for your generous six star award. I truly appreciate both :) apologies for the delay in responding. Kindest regards, Debra :)
Comment from RodG
I really like the format you selected for this poem--the sedoka--which allows you to tell us about Nanna both before and after her death. In each stanza you give us a poignant portrait of her and YOURSELF. Especially vivid is stanza 2 where you describe that realm where she waits for you. Nicely done!

You are blessed that you find comfort still if only right before you wake. That is a lovely remembrance of your Nanna - so many others have never had that opportunity to find a measure of comfort. Good luck. AT=/
