ooOoo, this is such a creative and wonderful poem. I love it. You have a terrific imagination. I love to read because when I was a child books were my escape. They still are. Thank you for bringing back one of my favorite childhood memories.

I really liked how you meshed the first and last stanza's together. That is one of my favorite devices for poetry. Great Job....six stars!

Love this rhythm of this poem. It flows superbly. But that was overshadowed by its message, Read Books.
The early children are introduced to books the better. Reading feeds the imagination.
And I can't think of a better invitation. 'Come jump into a book with me.'

This is very good! I teach children, so I have read numerous poems written for them. This could be submitted to a child's magazine. Nice job, and good luck in the contest.
