What a beautiful metaphor. She the beautiful cherry blossom and he the strong dogwood. I like the way it moves so smoothly through the years, touching on both the sad and happy. also like the fact that the beginning and end, share the same spot.

I enjoyed the message and the importance of these specific trees in the life of the couple. This particular area of land provides memories of dates, the marriage proposal, wedding, wedding vows renewal, and the burial site for his wife. I love the choice of words. A great story.
