Debbie, truly a magnificent poem and one of great imagination and perspective of thoughts. In this poem you show your great creativity, inventiveness and resourcefulness And something that is so illuminative and crystal clear as the reflections of the willow from the pond. Thank you so much for sharing and posting your work for everyone and may the Lord be with you always.

In stillness the farm pond reflects
All the beauty summer expects

Nice description of the picture, Debbie. I wouldn't mind being on that pond! Reminds me of my mom's.

Hugs,
Lois

A lovely premature summer celebrating poem. This is a nice little delicacy to add to your portfolio. It projects images of happier, carefree times to come. Well scripted poem, nice closely relating rhymes, and an even rhythm. Well done, Debbie, blessings, Roy.

Nicely written and yes, weeping willows are great images of summer. Whenever I see one, I think of hot Georgia days, and seeking the shade of these great trees. Well done.
