This is a very eloquent piece of writing, the flow is great with an excellent rhyme and rhythm. The messages is well portrait in such a way it leaves no doubt. Thank you for highlighting the root cause of so many truths being surprised.

Wow, I am thrilled that you enjoyed my poem about Galileo, It always amazes me just how long Aristotle's geocentric view was held. Copernicus, was afraid to go against the Church, so he waited until his death bed to publish his book, putting the Sun in the centre instead of the earth. Thanks for the 6 I really appreciate it. The writer stays consistent with the aabb rhyme scheme. The rhyming is good. The piece flows well as the writer does a good job of not forcing the rhymes. The photo captures my attention but the words hold it to the end.

This is a disturbing story that a man can be martyred for trying to advance science and the learning of man. We need to learn the lessons of history and let people try to find the truth.

Galileo how valuable your work was going to be
You tried to enlighten, but it was in vain
Truth was held back, by the religious reign
Did you not know that Galileo himself was in quest of a sign from God, in fact an explorer of God and a true faithful man, that is the reason why that one spends life on realm of understanding, no science there would be without the eagerness to get face to face with the truth, or the GOD

Thank you for your review and the generous stars, Galileo was ordered not to â??hold, teach, or defend in any mannerâ?? the Copernican theory regarding the motion of the earth. Galileo obeyed the order for seven years, partly to make life easier and partly because he was a devoted Catholic.
