Your last sentence is very truthful. I say it as 'be care what you pray for you just might get it.' I know when I got pregnant with my last child I must have been praying for patience. He was sent here to teach it to me. LOL
"I can help you, as long as you pwomise not to eat me." (promise, or was it intentional?)

Lol, I have all that to come! Thank you, Barbara - I'm really glad you liked the chapter. We're nearing the end of this Radshaw tale. Then I'll be on to something new.

Lol, you know me so well :-). Apologies for the slow reply - been of site of necessity. Indeed, Mike has grim times ahead, so it's just as well he had done silliness to prepare him!

The writer does a good job of drawing the reader into this dark chapter. The writer transitions the events well as the writer uses a pace that intensifies as the chapter goes on. The writer does a good job of ending this chapter and setting up for the next chapter.

background section: it's own domain - drop the apostrophe
love the description of the breeze
I'm laughing at his reaction to Hello, Wadshaw LOL
a mini pink minotaur with a lisp - only you, Mike, could conjure such a thing
I love Radshaw's smart alecky personality and his retorts
a most enjoyable chapter :-) Brooke

Lol, thanks so much, Brooke :-). This chapter veered very much to the nuts, but hopefully I still retained the Radshaw essence. He's got some grim moments shed so he needed the comedy relief!
