Rox, I only meant to complain about the over analyzing of the literary elite of this simple tale. Glad you liked mine! Thanks, Dennis

Don't they do that with everything? I'm so glad I'm dumb sometimes and just see things for what they are, that other stuff just clouds your brain. =} Rox

Pretty damn ingenious, Dennis. I've read a lot of spin-offs on classic children's tales. Your modernized version was a fun satire. Did you know there's a Mexican, Chinese and Caribbean version of this story. I like the satire more than the retell versions. Have you ever read "The Stinky Cheese Man and the real story of the Three Little Pigs?" It's hilarious. Lots of spoofs like this in there. It's worth a trip to the library.
Anyway, very funny. I enjoyed it immensely!

This was ingenious, Dennis! I think I'm going to have to steal this idea for another children's tale. I wish I could pay you for the idea with ten stars! Haha!
Excellent work, bro! :)

Your appreciation for my work is very encouraging. I have a similar idea for another such tale also.
Glad this stimulated your thinking in this area. You may be interested in what jjstar said in her review; " Pretty damn ingenious, Dennis. I've read a lot of spin-offs on classic children's tales. Touch© for the blonde bimba(should be bimbo). This is a great story about bears being in a courtroom. Telling their story to a human judge. This has great dialogue with some words fitting well with this blonde. This story has excellent flow for an easy read with a great ending line. Well done,,,,,,Jim

Yep, absolutely! I didn't witness these crimes, but I can remember the day it happened, and the blonde is guilty as charged. If the judge doesn't lock her up, the ASPCA is waiting right outside the courtroom. You have written this very well, and with clever dialogue. Good job.

HI Deniz22,
Well done. I really enjoyed this satirical tale of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. Your last sentence sends a message home, loud and clear, their bears. Great job.
Bye

It came over on the Nina. The Mayflower was too crowded with other measures of corn. I must say it is one of the best blond jokes I read today.

Humorous dialogue that seems to fit the situation very well, including Bimbo, er Bimba seeming New York city accent. Well written with a good pace that made for a fun read. And guess the moral of story is like who cares about bear, right we eat em. Good stuff.

A well written little story that gives a whole new view of this old familiar tale. I never thought of Goldilocks as a bimbo or a dumb blonde, but I did always marvel at her nerve. To walk into some strangers' home, eat their food and sleep in their beds uninvited, was something I couldn't quite imagine as a young child. Therefore, dumb seems to be the logical explanation. Your story is cute and funny and sure to amuse. There was nothing I'd change. It was well edited and fun to read. I hope everyone in the world will read it. ;")

Well, no matter what we do the Three bears and Goldilocks will be here as long as teachers still use the story as a reading material in schools, the same with the three bears who huff and huff, one with a grass house, the other with a wood and the third with a stone house, where a wolf is out to hunt them in their respective houses. These kiddie stories have been around for so so so long, I don't think the children will ever get tired of them. but I definitely like your take on this with the dumb blonde. Funny but it bites. God bless.

Um, it wasn't the three bears that built the three houses, and neither did they huff and puff. It was 3 little pigs that constructed the dubious dwellings and it was the big, bad wolf that threaned to huff and puff and "blow your house down".
That little trivia clarified, thanks for reading and commenting.

Here, in my country our reading materials for children carry the three bears and the big bad wolf not the pigs. Sorry, I mentioned our own story here, we are talking from different planes, I guess, my slip, my sincere apology. God bless.
