For this story or a book chapter,I really like it because each word i read seem believable for me and it is also very interested to read it and the structure is really good and also i say the character seem believable for me.

This is a lovely descriptive poem and I can picture the scene well.
Talking of pictures, it's a pity you haven't got one to enhance the words.
I think there is a lovely flow to this poem.

I like your natural approach to the Deep South. My understanding of it comes through the pen of William Faulkner and Tennessee Williams; not a complete picture. I can see your interest in my bushveld poem. As much as I love Africa, my its history, half buried in the old tired soils, is fragmented and unreal. this is very well written, happiotter, you did a great job writing this free verse poem about the memories harbored by the hills of the ones who died there. great imagery. i would suggest making the words darker. hard to read against a light background
