Again, you leave the reader with a cliff hangar. I find it interesting that you chose to write this in present tense which makes me think more in terms of a screen play or animated cartoon.

This was a cute story with some truth to it with the healing herbs that were mentioned. I found it to be a good story. Good job.

"Hunter smiles and strikes a 'sassy' pose"
Hmm! Why--for several chapters now--have I been getting this feeling that Hunter is ... 'funny', if you know what I mean? LOL! A 'funny' Hunter--jeez, what an oxymoron. LOL! *Ahem!* Not that there's anything wrong with being 'funny' of course. ... *Heehee!*
"a bobcat who gives him a possessive stare"
Hmm! I'm not so sure 'possessive' is the right word here. Perhaps, menacing would be better?
"the thirty-five pound orphan rubs against Trell's boots and plops down across his feet. Trell kicks him aside."
Oh, what a loving pet owner I see Trell can be. LOL!
I can imagine that Asmel must be beside himself, seeing Hunter and Trell frolicking together. Heehee!
"It's attacking Telly."
Oh, now Asmel is calling Trell, Telly? Pet name or typo?
Jesus freakin' Christ, BD! I think you need some sleep! Humans, vermels and bear-cub socially interacting??? Paradise in BD's twisted heaven? LOL!
Poor Gima. Can't catch a break, can she? What's it this time, more humans? Wild beasts? I know, I know, stay tuned for next week's episode. LOL! Another thrilling chapter, BD. :)

I love your review. Trell couldn't speak english so when asked his name he said Telly.LOL I guess this chapter does sound a little gay but what do you when there's only one gal on the planet. Bring on the bears and cougars. I said possessive because the bobcat was possessing the dead cub. I could sure use another suggestion. Maybe menacing would work. Again, thanks a bunch.

Yes, but one gives a possessive stare to another that one wants to directly possess. I don't think the bobcat wanted to possess Trell. But it did give him a menacing 'stay-away-from-my-possession' stare.

Even this story with it fantasy characters, Death is always lurking near by. This is very well written with a smooth flow of words, making for a very good read.

I love the picture of the little bear. The youth group did their first fund raiser by selling the cards and bookmark/key chains I made to go on them and they raised $114,80 in 4 hours...I was really excited. God bless.

They're ;ittle handcrafted bookmarks and key chains made out of ribbon and beads..they are really cute and I have never seen anything like tem in the store. Since they went out I have come up with another way of altering the design that is really neat..takes longer but adorable. God bless.
