Helvi2,

This was a little hard to read because the letters were so small. Vivid impressions and rich narration, all lines formatted very well.

There were no errors to be found.

I look forward to seeing you again.

Love you,

Oatmeal

    Uh Oh !
I hope you weren't reading the artwork poem,it was just meant to be a visual complement. It's not the poem for the prompt contest. The Septolet poem is written in blue beneath the artwork.

Tom allowed me to add the Ballerina as art in my porfolio on Fan Art because it fits two catagories, poem and art.

The Ballerina of Snow" was posted in readable font size on the date of January 29, 2008. I'm sorry if I led you to believe it was my current posted poem, though I did include the info in my author's notes

Hope you read "Diaphanous Dustings"on its own. If not please come back and read it. I placed my new poem with the art because they complemented each other.

Hope I didn't cause you too much confusion.

    Smiles and Hugs,
    Helvi :o)

I like your use of alliteration and the lovely descriptive detail and personification of the snow flakes in this poem, Helvi. It is a fanciful and fun read :-) Brooke

You did a five star rating with this type of poetry. I've seen this type of poetry before and shadow poetry.com, but I've never tried it myself. I'm giving you five stars for an superb poem for the prompt: Septuplet Poem writing. I loved the art work you used with the falling letters.
Thanks for writing this type of poetry and doing a cool job. missy98writer.

Hi Jude,"THANKS!!!". a million yimes over! I have quite a few designer poems here. A butterfly, swan, snowman, snowflake, tulip, champagne glass and an Acrostic with two hearts. I might even have more. I guess its time I put them in a book so I know where they all are. I'm glad you like parts A and B of this poem. Getting a GREAT review from you always makes me smile. Thanks my friend for your kind words. If you would like to see previous ones I wrote I'd be happy to point you in the right direction. Hugs and Smiles, Helvi :o)

I remember several of yours and after I tried one, I think I even dedicated it to you!!

Now I really feel embarrassed!!! I don't remember your poem, but if I encouraged you to write one I am honored. There is nothing that makes one so humble as knowing someone else wants to try something you started.
I know I'm not the creator of shape poems, but I'd like to think I added another level. and I'm sure you know working with EVIL EDDIE is not a easy task.
One of these days I MIGHT try to do a Clive poem, but am not sure I can pull one off. You and Sally are masters of them.

    Many Hugs my friend,
    Helvi :o)

Very clever poem and a clever word picture to accompany it. It conveys very nicely the wonder of fresh snow and of the chll, though i is really the beauty of it all that comes through here. Well done.

This is a wonderful piece that paints
a beautiful picture in a few well chosen
words. Your artwork is a perfect partner
to your most creative poem. Love the
alliteration.

Your poem was really neat. I've never heard of septolet poetry before. It is very well done and your artwork with it is wonderful.

What a creative blending of poetic art and poetry. Your subject matter is very timely. This is a nice example of the septolet form and a strong contest entry. Best of luck with your writing and keep up the good work.
