I like your sense of humor and obvious wit. I often wonder what women are thinking when I see those "tramp stamps". Don't they know they'll still be there when they're older and have more sense? How will they look then? I like your take on it. The poem read easily with good fluidity. The rhyme pattern was consistent and the subject quite humorous. I liked it. Rhymeman.

Now this is hilarious! Excellent verse and so fun to read. You are one talented lady and I appreciate your great sense of humor. I have to admit, I don't get these young people and their tats and piercings. Can't wait to see some of them in their 80's...oh wait...I WON'T! LOL
Kindly,
Judy

I must confess to really disliking tattoos or body art, but others seem to love it! A great poem, well written, with wry humour and definitely tongue in cheek.

What a fun poem. It'd delightful. Flowing language , words that draw you in. Worry that you were realy getting one. So glad you didn't. Great work.

sixteezkid, this is absolutely entertaining and fantastically clever. I have to say, I at one time wanted a tramp stamp[never heard that term before..lol]but only on my ankle. Thank goodness i claimed my sense before I did any thing drastic. Very cute this poem is..jlsavell

And,oh what fun it is!
Loved the art...that is a visual poem all of its own.
What wicked fun, the openig stanza is: think I'll get a tramp stamp
These tats are all the rage
Why not--they're hot
The goods? I got...
Who cares about my age.
Love that you write about the simple things of our lives...all of the best poets do that.

Well, you had so much fun with this poem, perhaps you SHOULD try the ink and see what happens. THis is a completely hilarious and just for fun poem. I enjoyed your cleverness found in this and applud your chosen poetry style. It works wonderfully. My favorite? "Backed out -- had doubt, walked in, walked out". Good writing. mslyla
