They say that when one door closes another one opens. I like the optimism in this well worded little piece. Well done. Bravo Bravo

Sue, this is inspirational and motivational, especially in these tough economical times.
With minimal words, you expressed words that has a lifetime of significance --one door closs, another opens.
Great job, as usual.

Door slams--finality
A knob turn yields futility
Another to open
I look for the key
Short, sweet, profound. I love it!

I like the message you are sending out here, we must persevere, especially the dreamers and creators and inventors and thinkers; there is always another door, somewhere.

Yes, there is ALWAYS another door. Sometimes, we need the patience, but it's there. Thanks very much for your generous review and comments. Sue

I enjoyed the depth in meaning in your Naani Poem. It was a very short version of endurance in a time of life that was most trying in a personal relationship.
The artwork was most pleasing effective to illustrate the 25 syllables in your poem. Your great words of encouragement, I would recommend to my friends. Excellent was Opportunities. No adverse comments.

This is a very nice naani poem and a good entry into the contest. Your meaning in this poem is similar to the old saying "When God closes one door, he opens a window." This is the writer looking for another key when that first door closed with finality. Very good writing with perfect imagery. mslyla

I love reading these short pieces. Sometimes I get more out of just a few words than I do reading an entire page.
Good Luck in the contest.

Yes, that's the beauty of these small poetic formats. One needs to select each word that will bring the biggest message. Very challenging and fun at the same time. Thanks very much for your kind review. Sue

I think this is a very expressive piece and says alot in very few words. Also this was well written and you followed the contests rules to a T. Take care and I wish you the best of luck in the contest.
