I was so touched watching a change in administration in this country--so seamlessly. No other country has this skill. Good sneryu. they were kind of my specialty last year, until I took a break from FS.

I'm new at haiku/senru. I mean, I've done them, but continue to hone and hone. Just had to write something about this marvelous privilege we have. Thanks you for your great review and lovely comments. With regards, Sue

If you are interest in senryu, take a look at some of the ones I posted last year. No need to take the time to review. I've written hundreds of them and posted 100 on FS. I'm a member of the Haiku Society of America and I included noted on the artform in many of the posts.
I'd love to see you write more. If you ever have any questions, PM me any time.

This is lovely. Few words but very powerful. Sometimes the shorter poems can say so much more than the long ones. They're more difficult too as you have to weed out all the words that we'd usually use to plump up the poem. Lovely sentiment. Great job.

This is lovely. Few words but very powerful. Sometimes the shorter poems can say so much more than the long ones. They're more difficult too as you have to weed out all the words that we'd usually use to plump up the poem. Lovely sentiment. Great job.
