This was very beautiful, Jewell. Really liked the picture that went along with the poem as well. Looked like a greeting card. Nice job.

Move me to tears, why don't you? :-)
This is so beautiful. The presentation is also superb. What a gorgeous photo.
How I remember those days. They are gone so quickly. Like you, I long for the grandchildren to come.
What a blessing your words are here. Wonderful memories.
Thank you for writing this. This is inspired.
Blessings,
Jan

The softness of a babe's skin and the delicate aroma that is unique to them...the rose pic is so perfect for this poem-- it captures the sensory feel...and memories...though, grandchildren are something that my lot better wait a few more years before giving me! LOL
Love this poem...it's a very beautiful moment shared.

I almost put all that in there too but it would have given the final secret away. ;)

Hi Jewell - Grandchildren???!!! Anyway you gave a twist in the end in this poem. And everything is so true. Can any love equal this? It is like ove for God. You have poured a lot of sentiments and emotions into this poem. Well done.

Hi Jewell. What a beautiful delicate piece of poetry. I like the artwork as it really has that baby feel to it with the delicate pink. There's nothing like the love of a mother for her baby is there? You're not old enough to be a gran are you Jewell?
