Wonderfully written, Anna. A beautiful love poem, to and fro. One main line hit me as an all-encompassing human truth: "you love me as I am".

I was doubting the definition of free verse too, if it means "no rhyme " or "not following rules but rhyme ok" lol. Thanks for pointing that out. I really appreciate it.

I truly love the sentiments expressed in this poem. It is not exactly free verse, but it is beautifully and cleverly written and I liked the way it could be read in both directions. It is most of all, a love poem and the love is so sweetly expressed, no one will mind at all that there is beautiful rhymes throughout. MM

I really loved your poem - it's so heartfelt! I felt the love in every line. The way you repeated "I am in love with you" worked so well. I liked how you talked about being loved just as you are - that part really stood out to me.
