This is another cute, but meaningful story for children AND adults. Rules make things safe for everyone. I wish adults on heavily trafficked streets and roads remembered that. There would be fewer auto accidents.

I liked Noah's story because he learned a lesson that day.

"That's what learning is all about, Mom - learning and getting smarter every day. (needs end quote mark)

Excellent point. We all need to understand rules and honor them. The ones we voted on I mean. We do not need constant confusion. The world really would be destroyed without them. Have a good weekend, Karen

Thank you for sharing this post and message with us. Yes, rules are very important and not just for a few, but for everyone. I enjoyed reading and I'm sure children will get the message.

I think Noah learned his lesson very well and even made up his own rules sign for his door. How are we already up to N? Cute story with great message.

What a cute story about a boy, Noah, learning why it's important to follow rules. A bit like Pinocchio, he sees what happens when rules are ignored. I love his little sign he puts on his door at the end!!

Hugs,
Rhonda

This is a beautifully written story and I very much enjoyed listening to it. It has a very poignant message and especially for young people when they get to think there shouldn't be any rules they find out that the rules are there for a purpose, and that purpose is to make life much more pleasant around us. In this world today, there are some who are just out there doing their own thing and they're causing a lot of troubles. Patricia.
