This story poem, The Kirby Case Part 1, introduces this murder case in such a way as to pull the readers in for the ride to find the killer of women in Kirby Field.

The way you wrote this was really well done, and pulls the reader straight in. Is it a true story? It doesn't matter if it is fiction the writing crime story in poetry is very clever. I'm off to read part two now! Well done, my friend. :) Sandra xx

This is a well written story in poetic form and I enjoyed listening to it. I'm not a big fan of murder stories however. May you have a wonderful day and I wish you the very best with your writing. God bless. Patricia.

I went looking on google for the Kirby killings but although I found some, they weren't identical to your story, this is beautifully written as always Pam, great meter and rhyme, and excellent language, well done, blessings Roy

Wow, I'm intrigued, Pam. I think this is the first time that I have read a crime story in poetic form. It's something else and you do it so very well. I can't wait to be reading on. Ulla xcx

I don't know if this story is based on a true case, but true or not, you have done a phenomenal job telling the story in rhyme. I enjoy reading mysteries, so I know I'm in for and enjoyable time reading. Well done.

Oh my goodness you had a serial killer on the loose Pam? How very terrifying for women. I am not sure if this is old news or not, but I hope he was caught. A chilling poem with great rhymes and metre, love Dolly x x x

This is a case not known to us in the UK but what a great job you've done here, in verse, bringing us up to date! Horrendous but the fact that he leaves the bodies in the same place must mean that the authorities could set up surveillance cameras etc? Criminals are so often creatures of habit and the longer they get away with things, the more careless they become. Thank you for sharing your excellent and informative post, Pam. Take care Debbie

I read this out of order, not sure how that happened. I just went back and checked, because I started at the top of my PM box instead of the back. Okay makes sense. I am enjoying this poetic mystery.

This is very unique Pam... a murder mystery inside an ongoing series of poems... you have done a fantastic job with the sequence of the plot, rhyme choices and the story line. Great job.
