I found the author's words thought provoking, interesting and
creative. I pondered on these words and liked the liked how the
third stanza summarizes this poem. The poem flows and connects
well. The artwork is awesome! Great Poem!

I love this.
it is a somewhat sideways look at the subject matter, magnificently written. The form flows effortlessly and the reader is easily absorbed into what is happening on the page. Your presentation feels flawless.

-Great artwork and nice presentation.
-You wrote a very good poem with
effective imagery beginning with the first verse.
-I like the line about the palette and the last line
in that verse.
-You do a good job personifying the glass, as
it was a part of her.
-A very good second verse.
-A very good concluding line with
"the polished red lips" and the
"mask made for the mirror."
-A very good entry; good luck!

I liked this. There is a sober, almost melancholy tone to the voice here, a contemplative tone, and the longer, languid lines serve that tone well. The images were fantastic. You turned the image in the mirror into a facsimile of a facade, a mask, painted to create one persona for the crowd around you, but very different from the soul hidden within. This opening with the "pallette that pleases the glass" is quite original and it really speaks subtly about this persona created to please the outside world. estory

I enjoyed this poem.
I liked the way it plays with multiple possible meanings as through the echo in the glass, I try to see the person beyond.
Thank you for sharing

This is a fantastic entry for the mirror contest, mystery poet. Wonderfully written, illustrated and presented, of the real beneath the facade.
Sending you my best today as always, and my good wishes for the contest.

What a great mirror poem. It is well organized and flows to completion. I like that you didn't let the mirror beat up the image.
Well done and good luck in the contest.
