Lovely, meaningful, enjoyable, believable. What else can I say. i am in my 70s now, but this makes me the child I have always been, waiting but not wanting to grow up.

Can tell you are well loved, and so is your true love. Have had 47 years of Christmas with my forgiving wife. Married young, gotten aged together, she says I smell like old cheese.

A great message here, but, I'll be honest, it was difficult to read/follow with the tight formatting you've chosen... perhaps try separating into different stanzas or grouping of couplets... ? Thanx for such a colorful vision! ;)
