An excellent entry for the Acrostic Poetry contest. This type of poem may look simple but I guarantee it isn't easy to write a smooth poem using only one word per line. You did a great job on this one. good luck in the contest.

What I read is, a minimalist requires less than others, so this type of poem, might have a limited amount of words. Guess guessing.
Your acrostic is nice about God's empathy.

Oh yes, God promises after Adam and Eve fell in their rebellion, they are still promised, because they were pre Jesus, that Jesus would preach to the captives that He was the promised one. Beautifully written D&V , blessings Roy

It amazes me how few people realize how great this promise is. God has promised to resurrect many people who have died, many from disease, murder, or just old age. His promise is not to just bring them back to life, but to do so to a world quite unlike the world they left. He has promised to bring them back to a word free of trouble and strife, want or need. A world that is exactly like the Garden of Eden was before Adam's sin. A world where there is no sickness or death.
