Ohhhhh I love Pentatonics almost as much as I live Siberian Orchestra. So good.
Enjoy those granddaughters. Might seem minor but they will remember these times even when that are your age.

Yes, the girls are each choosing their own way in different avenues but each one is excelling in their sports. And as for the concert...Wow! I can't wait to see them. It's going to be fun. Thank you as always, Roy.

I'm glad you are looking forward to more Eleanor and of course, Garth, too! My mind has snagged on the abandoned mansion, Rebecca's unknown past, and something mysterious there, but I don't know what yet. Any suggestions as what you'd like to see.... a wedding or two in the vineyard?

Thanks! The girls went with their dad till tomorrow and Carissa had to work so the laptop and I are having some fun. I do need to do some housecleaning and then shower before the concert, but life is breezing along without being screamed at by people at home. I am currently in a happy place.... but to be honest, I can't stop thinking about what Eleanor will do next. LOl

I'm the same, the next chapter, the next book, they consume my life, but in a happy way. And Graham is happy too. I check chapters out with him and listen to his thoughts. He enjoys being involved, even if it is in a small way. Enjoy the writing, my friend, housework will still be waiting for you. Next to death, housework is the only other thing that is guaranteed in everyone's life!! LOL xxxx

Since my daughter has informed me that she is starting their own traditions and that they won't be coming to my house any more, I've had a change of plans... I have return tickets on Christmas Eve to share my holiday with Carissa and the girls. It's a surprise for the girls and I've bought presents while I was here (hidden of course) and it's going to be awesome. Haven't told my daughter and don't plan to unless she asks. She thought she was hurting me but I'm a survivor... new plans.

Children grow up and make their own lives, mine all have their own families and though I usually see them at some point over the holiday, it's rare we get together for a festive meal these days so I can understand your feelings.
I think the plans you have underway are great. I just hope they have enough on the table to feed an extra mouth LOL
Have a fantastic time with them all. I know those amazing granddaughters will be over the moon.

I've decided to do a shrimp boil and crablegs... they love it. And of course I will cook all the other days because that's what I do. Sometimes I wonder if they want me to come because of the food. LOL
