Oh, Cindy, you are so very brave to share your story! I'm forever grateful God brought you back from death and guided you to FanStory and to me. You more than survived, you've overcome. I find overcome is day to day because each day is a gift and we can only live a day at a time. Love you, dear, and I thank you for sharing.

How horrific that your life became so dark and you were so distraught that you decided to take your life. And the price you paid was beyond scary. Thankfully, God was with you; with time, he brought you back to a good spot. Cindy, I'm struck that you first visualized the cane, then found one for your own. I think that "honey sound" of the cello you think you'll never master may, indeed, be a regular part of your future. You've made a miraculous recovery, Cindy. It seems you had to nearly lose your life in order to find it. I'm so glad that you did.
This was a wonderful reminder of our responsibility to live life to its fullest. Thank you:-)
