Exceptional

The intersession of ghosts does seem to upset people of little imagination. Danni is correct about the idea of payback with the bad guys. They have been a lot of trouble. One thing: A few times you spelled Danni with a y.

Oh what a blessing! I am so happy that you loved this chapter. I couldn't help but love the antics of the ghosts as they too got their punches and (fireballs) in. The story is close to wrapping up and I am thrilled that you are still enjoying it.

Thank you for sharing this installment with us. I enjoyed reading. If you're planning on publishing these, I would strong suggest editing more thoroughly.

Eleanor smiled, "Easy. I'm a ghost." (smiled.)

Jenna exhaled, "Gladly." (exhaled.)

"Where's your mom? Isn't she brave enough to watch?" laughing hysterically, he pulled the trigger. (Laughing)

Eleanor's voice was calm but cold. "You can't hurt me. (cold,)

"We're you going to --" (Were)

Eleanor grinned. I don't think I've had that much fun -- ever." ("I)

Eleanor grinned, "I don't think so." (grinned.)

Guess I shouldn't have posted. Dealing with a lot right now including a flooded basement, plumbing problems, a son who might need surgery and a houseful of people arriving in two days... I trusted grammerly but you and they don't ever agree. Thanks for taking the time and I will go back and fix those errors asap. Appreciate your assist.

    Fixed - Thank you!

Not a problem. I don't understand why they don't agree, example, smiled and exhaled are action tags, not speech tags so they need periods, not commas. Commas are for speech tags.

Great chapter, Carol!! What a fun ride for Danni, hehe. I'm sure she enjoyed it. But, what a sacrifice on the part of Eleanor. Who knows what might have happened? She did feel the bullet, or the effect of it, as it passed through!

And, Garth is on the move after the baddies!!

A great chapter and no current cliff-hangers. I don't trust it will stay that way???

Hugs,
Rhonda

Guess I was enjoying the ghosts too much to give you a cliff hanger, but be assured that even though there are only a few chapters left, you'll find a surprise or two.
    Thanks as always, Rhonda.

Oh, I know how you are. No complaints!! I don't give on each time either, and I've learned not to trust your stories to be over until they're over, lol.

Be either.... The last chapter appears to be a long one only because I can't find a decent place to split it.... so I just hope it's enjoyable enough that I won't get complaints. I'm still working on it.

Sometimes you just have to go with the flow. Your readers will read and enjoy. Anyone else, just dropping in for the points, may pass longer ones up, but that's their problem. I never notice the length when it's something I enjoy.

A little ghostly humor thrown into the mix! Love it! Eleanor's use of the exploding balls is great. Note: When Danni is in the car, her name is spelled 'Danny' in two places. I'm glad Garth's team is now following the trio of evildoers. Another fun chapter! Blessings. Carol

Thanks for catching my spelling...I appreciate the eagle eye...something I don't have any more. So glad you enjoyed the actions of Eleanor and Danni. I know I had fun as I wrote it. Thanks as always.

LOL I think it would be awesome to be Eleanor - if you can't talk them into doing the right thing...scare them to death. I'm so bad this morning!!! Smiles and hugs!

I liked reading this story. Most ghost stories are pretty eerie and gruesome. This was more fun, in that the ghost was the dearly departed mother who was watching out for her little girl, Jenna (though grown up). Henry and Bryce did not stand a chance against the clever Eleanor and Danni.

this is the second book in a series and I wanted my ghosts to be helpful and happy, not eerie and spooky. I couldn't write a gruesome one. I am so happy that you enjoyed them. Thank you for the kind review and your thoughts.

What a thrilling ride! I absolutely loved the way you brought Eleanor to life. The dialogue between Jenna and Bryce was well written. Danni's antics at the end was terrific - leaving me with a smile. Keep up the fantastic work! Your storytelling is so fun!

Thank you so much for following the story, Michael. It's about to wrap up in a few chapters. (With maybe a third in the series to follow). I appreciate all your comments and time as you continue to read.

I enjoyed this story and can't wait to read the next chapter. A ghost detective story - what a novel idea. One question though - how would Eleanor have been able to save her daughter?

Hello, Kahlani... Thank you so much for taking the tiem to read my story and to enjoy it. It's about to wrap up in a few with another possibly to follow down the road. As to your question, she couldn't have really stopped the bullet, but with Jenna diving to the ground and her startling the shooter, he missed...thank heavens. I don't like killing off my characters. LOL

I have one six left, but I'll save it because I think your final chapter is coming soon. I loved the ghostly games Eleanor and Danni played, I'm sure they believe in ghosts now. This was a really fun chapter, Carol, I really enjoyed reading it. Well done, can't wait to read the next one! :)) Love and hugs, Sandra xx

Hello, sweetie! I have been so far behind trying to answer and write...my house had a flooded basement, pipes breaking, plumbing haywire...almost has me gurgling as I go under. (Not really) Thank you for enjoying Eleanor and Danni...I loved writing this chapter. And yes, the story is about to wrap up soon. I thank you for all your kind support.
