Hello LJ,
this was such a heartfelt prayer, that I had no choice but to support it with the last six I had. I don't know Patricia, but when I heard from Karen Threadgill that she was in the hospital, I was able to reach out and she responded. She's well loved on this site, and I'm sure that the Lord is pleased with the intercessory prayer that has been offered up for her. Thanks for sharing this lovely poem/prayer.

Thank you Tom, for your review and comments. I've read some of Patricia's posts, but when Karen said Patricia was hospitalized, I went to her profile and discovered she posted either a medical update or a poem every single day of her hospitalization. So now I feel I know her.

Thank you Roy, for your review and understanding comments. Most of my prayer was scriptural. I started to reference Isaiah 53:4-5 but thought my prayer was long enough. Patricia was very appreciative of the prayer as it was.

Patricia has been in the hospital all week, but has posted her progress every single day. She said she just speaks into her iPad. I've checked her profile in order to know what is happening. She went into the hospital to have two stents put in her heart. When they put the first one, her heart was too weak for the second one, so they gave her a temporary pacemaker and waited until yesterday to put the second stent in. She might go home tomorrow. I don't know how she does it, but she posted today.

I'm a senior as well and am in a nursing home, bedridden so I understand.

I am a senior also. I'm still in my home, but use a rollator (walker) to get around. I am diagnosed with 4 things wrong with my back. I like this site because many of the writers are seniors.
