Butterflies are so beautiful for their vivid colours and patterns.

Their wings are fragile yet the monarch butterfly covers nearly 5,000 kilometres (3,000 m) during its migration from America and Canada down to central Mexico.

I'm not familiar with Patricia but I hope she recovers.

Thanks, Jose, for the great review. Patricia had a heart stent put in a few days ago. The doctor wanted to give her a day of rest before he puts in the second one today. I hope your head is 'together' again, and you'll be able to write her a lovely poem. Prayers for you as well. Carol

This is a great heartful poem and I do hope Patricia gets well. There are some tenses that I think could potentially change to help with the flow. And the line She gives God glory, I keep wanting to say She gives God's glory. I think this line could be reworked.

Thanks for your suggestions on my poem for Patricia. I checked the verb tenses, and they are consistently present tense. I'm wondering if the inverted word order bothers you more than the tenses. That is fairly common in rhyming poetry with a consistent rhythm. I appreciate your stopping by with a review. Have a blessed day. Carol
