This is wonderfully illustrated poem that seems to be free verse inspired by the lines of Emily Dickinson's "Because I could not stop for death. It is eerie yet beautiful.

I could really feel the sadness in this piece as this person realised their time on earth was ending, but it seems as though they went gladly into the next life as well. An excellent, visual piece. I really enjoyed it.

This is quite a different take from Emily Dickinson's poem. But both seem to be free from a fear of death. Yours shows a willingness to say goodbye to this world as long as it means going together with the loved one.
Suggestion:
and I begged the Grimm Reaper (Grim Reaper)

Thank you, big sister. The poem is not based on the poem but I was inspired to write about death.... the Grim Reaper. I went back and deleted the inspired line.
I fixed that error, thank you!

This was mysterious and soulful and romantic Ala Romeo and Juliet. And, of course with the inimitable Gypsy artistic presentation! Impressive job. Xo

A love so strong that they would leave this world together, but before they went, they said goodbye to all the things that touched them. Your description is awsome...and so moving. Very well done!

love emily! this was a great poem dedication!
loved the this line: morning dew cried silently for us... very cool!
excellent imagery and smooth flow throughout
i liked all the detail you put in, too
this was a nice touch: "we waved to old men resting on benches
and children playing hopscotch."
thank you for sharing
shelley :)
