What a sight to see! I hope the flamingo will stay around. I hope she'll be able to find a warm place when the time comes, however. Beautifully expressed. Great words about how she brings a smile to those who see her. Lovely artwork by one of the FanArtReview artists. judi

This is quite a sighting here on Cape Cod. I think it is the first time a flamingo has appeared here. Thanks for reading and enjoying. Elaine

I enjoyed your poem. We, too, here in Wisconsin had a small flock of flamingoes pay us a visit to several of our waterways and lakes in the area. Photos and video were all over the news and social media for these strange visitors. I like the pink presentation and artwork. Nicely done!

My first thought was, how the heck did a flamingo escape Florida and make it all the way to Cape Cod? I'm surprised to learn they do pretty well in the colder climates. Who knew. Thanks for sharing, Mermaids.
Sending you my best today from Flamingo land.

I couldn't believe it either! I was wondering why the bird would leave Florida? Thanks for reading and enjoying. Elaine

She's a star to me. What a great privilege it is to be born so beautiful and different. That's awesome. But she doesn't really know it. It's all normal to her

Hi, mermaids.

That is too far north for flamingos But maybe the southern waters are getting too warm so they're moving north with their prey possibly

I did a painting of flamingos. There were two bears dancing, and one flapping his wings and crashing the party. So I named it flamingo dance party crasher

I may repost it here at some point.

I love your poem. It describes your scenic view.
The long flamingo in your image is aesthetic to the eyes

I haven't seen too many of your posts. I just came back in May after a five year hiatus from fan story. So, I've been back for a little less than three months

But you write very well thank you for sharing

That's great, your writing style is pleasant, and it's so easily understandable. I love how you used a Flamingo as a Metaphor, and her description beauties are enjoyable to read. I love your artwork too! Congrats to your piece, and wish you all the best.
