Eleanor, an energizer bunny, what everyone wants at some point in life. But I guess they truly only come in ghost form. LOL. Thanks for sharing another fine chapter.

I'm glad the girls are safe and will soon return to their homes. Matthew did this with the help of Eleanor and not my hunky cowboy. That's okay. It shows my hunky cowboy how valuable he is.

Donatelli is giving him all the paperwork though...so generous of him. But he's not done yet!

Awww, what a lovely ending to the bit about Megan. Eleanor and the others were able to work together to get Megan rescued. How frightened the girls must have been, and how brave of Eleanor to go to the lengths she did to help her niece and the other captives. The sad thing is, though this is fiction, it really does happen all around of us all the time.
Well penned, my friend,

I know but I'm a writer with a mushy heart...good things always have to happen even if they don't go that way in real life. Thank you so much for reading...The story is getting close to the end with maybe another surprise or two.

Of course you have a tender heart, and one of the messages of your book is that human trafficking does occur, and there are people who truly love these people.

Another plan goes through to completion with Eleanor's help. That is what we need. A bunch of ghost on the police force. I'm sure it would be a big boost to the force. Now I'm wondering what the ladies is up too. She needs to be able to see her beloved Charles at some point. I'm sure you've got it all figured out.

There's a great balance between humour and tension in this chapter. The change in venue ramps up the action, and the showdown is believable. Eleanor's part is great - she reminds me of Oscar Wilde's Canterville Ghost.

Thank you so much. I never thought I would enjoy writing about a ghost so much, but adding it into my mystery/crime genre has been a blast. I could imagine a series of stories with my detectives and Eleanor. LOL Woah! Much too fast! I've got this story to finish first.
Thanks so much for your kindness.
