My birthday is coming up in less than two weeks, so I will give this scrumptious-sounding recipe to my husband and tell him that this is all I want this year to mark the occasion. I will let you know the results on July 30th!

Well that sounds like an upcoming dinner at MY house! I love salmon but usually grill it outside because I never knew another way. Maybe I do now if I am brave enough. Thanks for sharing.

You made me happy with this recipe John as salmon is one of my favourites. I never serve it with a sauce and I pan fry it just as you describe here. I usually eat my salmon with a salad, but I loved your recipe, a fine post, love Dolly x
