The sea does throw some odd things to the shore and some gems can be found by beach combers, I enjoyed your metaphor here as a restless mind also throws out the deadwood, love Dolly x x x

Loved your personification of the ocean and the simile of a restless mind churning up "deadwood matters" which are like anxious thoughts. Great use of alliteration, too!
