I have a confession. I hate to read. I used to love it, but recently, my attention span has dwindled. So, I write the things that just appear to me. Thank you so much. Gretchen

You are so right. "Coffee with Iris" is a story I also loved, although I love to read. Give yourself a pat on the back for turning a non-reader into a reader. That is not an easy task. It was fun reading about how you hooked her like a great big fish.

Oh Gretchen, I just had to read this one and how amazing that I would pick this particular story because I too am like that woman. Only I can't do it right now because of my eyes. So I can't read long pieces. But how lucky for me as I loved this non-fiction story of yours. I love that it takes place in the pharmacy. Oh Gretchen, I just had to read this one and how amazing that I would pick this particular story because I too am like that woman. Only I can't do it right now because of my eyes. So I can't read long pieces. But how lucky for me as I loved this non-fiction story of yours. I love that it takes place in the pharmacy. I understand the lady in your story. I don't like to read a book unless the story flows well and it's rich in imagery. I'm more of a visual person. I love your stories, Tony's, Helen's, and Barbara's. You all are excellent writers that pull the reader into the plot and make the characters likeable.
I buy audio books too but with the same requirement or they put me to sleep.
So that lady's love for your story is a huge compliment.
