Perhaps they could put their differences aside for the present stressful time - although then you would both probably worry about what was wrong. Perhaps they'll grow out of it soon! Lol.

They are actually at the point where it is expected that they will pull strings to elicit a response.

Wow. I only have one kid so I can't attest to this situation. I know my two nephews well and they are much better friends now But behind their backs, I can still here the bickering and complaining about each other. That's love.
