Interesting chapter, because it deals in an authentic way with everyday situations, and relationships with teenagers, and even the doubts that people in parenting roles have about their ways of raising a child or teenager. I like Miranda, forthright and straightforward, as always.

I wish I had read the previous chapters. You tell the tale well. Who has not either received a little reminder about untidiness or given one? For me, it is the former. It is an easy believable conversation between Mum and son, and neighbours. What I really liked was the way you made Aaron and his ambitions real without coming too heavy on faith. I enjoyed it . Looking forward to reading more.

He's a smart lad that Aaron as Miranda is discovering more and more. And he will obviously have a guiding effect on Waylon. As ever, excellent dialogue bringing the characters to life and advancing the story, although the significance of this idea of Aaron's to the main plot is yet to be realised. Thanks for sharing, Gretchen. Debbie
