This is a full description and history behind the "Beetle Bailey" comic strip character. I learned a lot from your presentation. I was surprised to read about the connection to A Christmas Story. I can only imagine how such comic strips would've meant so much to soldiers, whether or not they were in combat or on break time. I had been on a short break from this site for the holidays and I'm glad to return to this. Always interesting. Thank you!

I've heard of the Beetle Bailey comics but never read any. Thank you for the history/backstory of it. I'm going to have to look up other chapters of your. The history of various things always interest me. Thanks for sharing.
