I have been horse crazy all my life--even had a few of them long ago--and the picture you chose drew me in right away. I am so glad because I enjoyed reading this posting very much. I am eager for your next chapter.

Hi Daylily, thank you so very much for the six stars, and even more so for joining in on the book. I look forward to your reviews!! Until this point, the story has been pretty much background and getting them to Concorde Valley. There the action and adventure continues.
Hugs,
Rhonda

Nice plot movement.
ate nuts he had collected as they traveled. - hmmmm. This is pretty hard/intense work. Even if they are walnuts with a lot of meat, they would be hard to hull and crack, and then get to the meat. Hickory nuts - forget it, the trouble for so little payoff. Acorns? Maybe apples or pears would work better.
"well, that explains the horse connection." - (Well)
Best wishes.

Hi Wayne, thanks for the great review. I didn't put fruit, simply because the story happens in late December, and I wasn't sure there would be any, but nut I figured would still be around. Maybe I should put he had food he brought with him.
I'll change the well. I wasn't sure whether or not to capitalize it.
Take care,
Rhonda

Oh, my! That was beautiful, Rhonda. I love this story. Your imagination is off the scales! I wish I knew a Theo, and could walk through trees, and talk to horses, so much in your book is amazing. The story is wonderful. So now we have arrived at this magical world, and I can't wait to find out what the people are like. (I think I'd have liked to be a Centaur, what fun!!) Well done, my friend! :)) Sandra xx

Hi Sandra!! Thank you for the six stars, my dear friend!! Your review is specific and constructive. Thank you for that. You know, I could use a Theo, too, lol. And Centaurs would have to be fun the know or be, as well.
The magical world is going to enthrall Echo, but all roses have thorns, lol, and snakes love paradises, but, then, it wouldn't be much of a story without conflict.
I hope all is well in your world. Our love and prayers are ever with you,
Rhonda

Hi, Sarah, thank you for the lovely gift of 6 stars!! I'm glad you are enjoying the book. One of the reviewers said her horse name would have to be Pokey this week. I can totally relate. It took me two weeks to pull this one together. I think your horse name would be Traveler!!
Hugs,
Rhonda

Swinging through the trees is used by Theo to educate Echo about his family. It all sounds very mythical. It gets even stranger that he has to put her to sleep to complete the trip into Concorde Valley. I look forward to the next chapter. The writing is very good, and I found no errors.

Thank you so much for the review, Carol. It is picking up the mythical part, and will get more so as they enter Concorde Valley. I appreciate you stopping by.
Hugs,
Rhonda

We go deeper into the world of Theo's orgims and Concorde Valley. This was imaginative and creative and added another exiting layer to the story. My horse name this week would be Pokey. Maybe next week it will be Thunder.
Sending you my best today as always, my friend, and blessings for the book.
Love,
Sal XOs

Hahahaha. I can relate on Pokey. It took me two weeks to post it. I know how super busy you are, so thank you for the lovely six stars and the precious gift of your time.
Love and hugs,

I have been following your story since the beginning and still love every word. When you added the horse, it was a crowning touch for me. I have always loved horses and owned many in the past. I look forward to the next chapter of your story. I can't offer any suggestions for improvement because I don't think it needs any.

Thank you, that?s so sweet. I know you?ve been with me on this, and I truly appreciate it! I love horses, too, lol. There will be more, and other animals as well. I will try to be more prompt on posting, lol, but seem to be slower lately.
Hugs,
Rhonda

I love your story and It is strange that I have always avoided Fantasy fiction but you have a great imagination and you write it so well. I'll be waiting for more.

Beth, I am touched. I know you wouldn?t have said it if you didn?t mean it, and that means a lot to me. I hope to keep you interested!

Another magical and faultlessly expressed chapter here as the couple make their way through the forest to Theo's homeland. The story vividly blends the mystical with reality, enchanting the reader with this developing relationship and Echo's spiritual journey. Thanks for sharing, Rhonda. Take care Debbie

Debbie, thank you so much for the beautiful six star rating, my friend. I am blessed!
It?s funny that you noticed Echo?s spiritual journey. That ends up being a pretty big side theme for the book.
I?m also glad the mystical blends well with reality, which is what I try to focus on, and also why it takes me longer to post. I spend a lot of time tweaking it.
Hugs,
Rhonda

Another fine chapter, Rhonda....I demand to know what's going to happen next. Will Echo's wound be healed? Although the appear friendly, will the Condcordians prove to be gloomy bada....no, I'm guessing not. I guess I'll just have to wait, but that not something I'm good at!

Mike, you?re so sweet, in a manly way, of course.
Spoiler alert, the Concordians, love that name, are all cannibals and, well, you can guess the rest, lol. I?m going to make a novelist out of you yet.
