What a sense of relief you described with the following: "Like a corkscrew, my body began to unwind itself. I didn't realize I was so tensed up until I started to relax." I could just feel the tension flow out of you. Hopefully that part of your life was over for good, and it will be all good from now on. But life is never quite like that, and I have a feeling that there is perhaps more in store for you, but of a different nature.

At least for now you are in a place that offers you some hope and lets you know that all families and households are not like what you escaped from, and perhaps there is some normalcy and love in the world. - Jim
