Nicely written.
I don't see where it could go from here. Time travel seems to have come to a stopping point - unless the next trip is to the future, with the 'glory' of golf restored, along with more inventions such as 'guided balls'.
We'll see.

Your first impression is correct. That's the end of the time travels. Now for the solution, which is what Part 4 is all about and will hopefully lead the game of golf into the future.
